A live 270° gauge shows how close you are to your daily limit in millilitres, at a glance.
Liquid Drinking Planner
A clean, flat iOS app that tracks your daily liquid intake against a doctor-recommended limit — with a Home Screen widget, Apple Health sync and zero accounts. All your data stays on your device.
See it in action
The Today dashboard puts the gauge, your totals and quick-add drinks front and centre — on both iPhone and iPad.
What it does
Everything you need to hit your daily goal — nothing you don't.
A live 270° gauge shows how close you are to your daily limit in millilitres, at a glance.
Your four most-logged drinks sit front and centre, so logging a glass takes a single tap.
Browse a day-grouped log and export clean text or CSV reports to share or print.
An interactive widget with the gauge plus four quick-add circles — log without opening the app.
Optional two-way sync with Apple Health's water data. Off by default, on when you want it.
Smart local notifications nudge you if you're behind — and alert you if you go over the limit.
The maker
Liquid Drinking Planner is designed and developed by David Lindhard as part of the XXC.dk team — a small independent studio building focused, privacy-respecting tools. No trackers, no ad networks, no accounts.
All intake data is stored locally on your device. The app has no servers and collects no analytics. Health sync is opt-in and stays between your device and Apple Health.
